Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The Cashier will play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction by providing fast, friendly, and efficient checkout experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a polite and friendly manner.
• Scan goods, ensure pricing is accurate, and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, etc.).
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed.
• Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, and loyalty programs.
• Reconcile daily transactions and submit daily sales reports to the manager.
• Support other store staff when needed (e.g., restocking shelves, assisting with inventory).
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
