Job Summary

SANECRAFT PVT LTD is looking for a highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer
 with 
4–5 years of experience
, who also has strong exposure to 
AI-assisted development tools
 such as 
Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex
, and an understanding of 
prompt engineering
 best practices.

You will work on building 
scalable, intelligent web applications
, optimize development workflows using AI tools, and collaborate with a fast-paced team adopting modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using 
    Laravel, PHP, REST APIs
  • Use AI-powered tools (Cursor, Codex, Copilot)
     to accelerate development and code quality
  • Apply 
    prompt engineering
     techniques to generate accurate AI-assisted outputs
  • Write 
    clean, reusable, testable
     code following best practices
  • Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to deliver high-quality features
  • Optimize application performance, caching, and scalability
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, especially in 
    AI-assisted workflows
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum
     processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros)

Required Qualifications

  • 4–5 years
     of experience in Laravel and modern PHP
  • Strong understanding of 
    MVC architecture, REST APIs, and microservices
  • Experience with MySQL
    , database schema design, and query optimization
  • Proficiency with 
    Git
     (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
  • Hands-on experience using 
    AI coding tools
     like: 
    Cursor IDE
    , 
    GitHub Copilot
    , 
    OpenAI Codex
  • Ability to create effective prompts
     for AI tools to generate code, tests, and documentation
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred)
  • Good understanding of 
    unit testing
     and debugging
  • Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to 
    Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with AI API integrations
     (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
  • Knowledge of vector databases or AI-related architectures (nice to have)
  • Experience working in product-based or fast-paced tech environments
