JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Engineer. He is responsible for the design, coordination, execution, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building projects. The role involves ensuring that all MEP works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems.
  • Good knowledge in Electrical, HVAC, Fire and Plumbing works.
  • Knowledge in Cad drawing review.
  • Manage MEP project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure all MEP systems comply with local regulations, codes, and company standards.
  • Identify and resolve any technical or coordination issues during construction.
  • Prepare progress reports and assist in project documentation and commissioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design, execution, or coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency principles.
  • Age below 35

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
