Role & responsibilities

  • Good knowledge of Destination- Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore.
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities, room availability, rates, and special offers & Tour itiernary.
  • Coordinate with hotels to secure room availability and negotiate rates when necessary.
  • Manage changes or cancellations to existing bookings, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm reservations, provide booking details, and gather any additional required information.
