About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Institutional Sales professional to drive treasury-led investment acquisition for the Delhi cluster. The ideal candidate brings a strong network across Banks, NBFCs, Corporates, Financial Institutions, and Family Offices, with a proven ability to mobilize institutional deposits and investments.

This is a strategic, client-facing role working directly with CFOs, Treasurers, and Treasury Heads to offer tailored solutions across Fixed Income, Deposits, CPs, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Lending Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and grow institutional relationships across Banks, NBFCs, Corporates, FIs, and Family Offices
  • Mobilize deposits and investments in fixed income and treasury products
  • Structure and pitch investment offerings such as FDs, Bonds, CPs, Mutual Funds, and Lending Solutions
  • Engage with Treasury Heads, CFOs, and key decision-makers
  • Build and manage a strong client pipeline and drive wallet share
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery, compliance, and client servicing
  • Track market developments to provide insights and enhance sales strategy

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4+ years in Institutional/Treasury Sales (Banking, NBFC, AMC, or Institutional Distribution)
  • Strong relationships within the treasury and corporate finance ecosystem
  • Sound knowledge of Fixed Income markets, treasury products, and cash management solutions
  • Excellent relationship management, deal structuring, and execution capabilities
  • NISM Series VA (or equivalent) preferred
  • Commercially sharp with high integrity and compliance orientation
