As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and delivering innovative features across both frontend and backend systems. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, improve development practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our platform. 

 

What You'll Do: 

• Develop and deliver new features for the Nexthink Experience platform (frontend and backend). 

• Improve team architecture, design patterns, and development best practices. 

• Collaborate on L3 support requests and ensure timely resolution. 

• Actively contribute to the technology roadmap and product evolution. 

• Embrace agile methodologies and participate in team ceremonies. 

• Proven experience in backend development with strong frontend skills and over 4+ years of industry experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred). 

• Proficiency in React (preferred), Angular, or Vue; TypeScript is a plus. 

• Experience with Java or Kotlin. 

• Strong expertise in Kafka and microservice architecture. 

• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., New Relic, DataDog). 

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Swagger, and optionally GraphQL or gRPC. 

• Knowledge of Spring Boot or Micronaut (preferred) is a plus. 

• Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases. 

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker. 

• Good skills in refactoring and test automation. 

• Passion for solving complex challenges and learning new technologies. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality delivery. 

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
