Your role

  • Act as a business partner with an operational mindset
  • Manage relationships with Capgemini entities delivering contracts
  • Report and analyze KPIs (WIPBIA, revenue, cost)
  • Analyze budget vs forecast on project portfolio
  • Monthly closing, revenue recognition, provisions, and variance analysis
  • Interface with Delivery Controlling teams and ensure cost containment
  • Update reporting tools and ensure compliance with financial standards
  • Support coordination with Sales/Analyst teams for client offers
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audits
  • We are looking for a highly experienced Project Controller in Pune location with 2 to 15 years of work experience

Your profile

  • Strong understanding of project controlling and financial statement impact
  • SAP HANA (minimum 2 years hands-on experience)
  • Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modeling, queries), Access, Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
