Your Impact:

The Lead AI/ML Cybersecurity Engineer leads the development of AI models for document classification, metadata tagging, and intelligent search, driving real-time AI/ML initiatives with a focus on cybersecurity. They integrate NLP and machine learning into security products, collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered solutions, develop automation tools to improve workflows, and maintain clear documentation to support scalability and maintainability.

What the Role Offers:

• Lead the development of AI models for document classification, metadata tagging, and intelligent search capabilities.
• Drive real-time AI/ML/Data Science initiatives across multiple business functions, with a focus on cybersecurity applications.
• Integrate NLP and machine learning models into cybersecurity products& services to enhance automation and intelligence.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, senior architects, junior developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and validate AI-powered capabilities.
• Develop internal tools and automation scripts to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation to support scalability, maintainability, and potential productization of solutions.

What you need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics& Communication Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science& Machine Learning.
• 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in building AI/ML-driven business applications—preferably within the cybersecurity domain.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with key AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, spaCy, and Hugging Face.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and their practical applications.
• Experience working with unstructured data including documents, emails, and media files.
• Familiarity with different databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, MongoDB) and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, tools, and best practices in the context of information and cybersecurity management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
