Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing safety policies, conducting safety audits, and promoting a culture of health and safety at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations across all departments.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
  • Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety training sessions.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Coordinate with management to develop and improve safety policies and procedures.
  • Prepare safety reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Support emergency preparedness and fire safety drills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma (Engineering, or a related field).
  • Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety / Fire and Safety / Occupational Health and Safety (mandatory or preferred).
  • Knowledge of safety laws, labour regulations, and best practices in occupational health and safety.
  • Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and report documentation.
  • NEBOSH / IOSH certification will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
