Experience Range in Required Skills: 8-10 Years

Job Description:

• Mastery of iLoads, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.

• Deep knowledge of data load sequences for finance (e.g., chart of accounts, suppliers, customers, assets, open balances).

• Experience with Workday Data Conversion Frameworks and data validation techniques.

• Designing legacy-to-Workday data migration strategy (historical data, balances, suppliers, customers, open items).

• Expertise in cutover planning and dry runs for finance data loads.

Reconciling migrated data with legacy system balances.

Essential Skills:

Data analysis, Data preparation and formatting, Data load execution (EIB/iLoad), Data migration, end to end data conversion, reporting and metrics validation
