Job Profile

Position: Team Leader – Medical Scribing

Location: Mohali

Job Mode: Full-time, On-site

Salary: Hike on current salary (as per company policy)

Notice Period: Immediate Joining (preferred)

Gender: Male candidates only

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of medical scribes, ensuring productivity and high-quality work output.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to maintain standards.
  • Attend client meetings, including direct interactions with US-based clients, to understand requirements and resolve queries.
  • Oversee core functions related to Medical Scribing, Quality Auditing, Transcription, and ensure strong adherence to grammar protocols.
  • Mentor and train new team members to ensure consistent workflow and quality.
  • Coordinate with management to provide feedback, implement best practices, and achieve departmental targets.
  • Facilitate smooth operation by supporting and guiding the team through operational challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Must have prior experience handling and managing a team in the medical scribing or related healthcare documentation field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience attending or participating in client meetings (preferably with US clients)
  • In-depth knowledge of Medical Scribing, Quality Auditing, Transcription, and high proficiency in English grammar.
  • Willing to relocate to Mohali and work full-time onsite.
  • Male candidates only (requirement as per company policy).
