Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance function. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with business objectives.

2. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide financial insights and analysis to support informed decision-making, including financial statements, reports, and dashboards.

3. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, laws, and organizational policies, and identify and mitigate financial risks.

4. Financial Operations: Manage financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.

5. Investment and Funding: Assist in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities and funding options.

6. Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

7. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.

8. Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and controls.

Requirements:

  1. Education: CA/MBA (Finance)/CFA or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience: Max 10 + years of finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management role.
  3. strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and accounting principles.
  4. Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other financial software.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  6. Certifications: CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications.
  7. Skills: Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience in a similar industry or sector.
  2. Knowledge of financial software and systems.
  3. Global finance experience or exposure.
