We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic
Store Head
to lead and manage all store operations within our construction division. This pivotal role demands deep expertise in material management for large-scale infrastructure projects, such as
Building,
railway and road construction
, and a strong command of
NWay ERP systems
.

Qualifications :

  • Oversee end-to-end store operations across multiple construction sites.
  • Ensure accurate and timely
    inventory control
    ,
    material handling
    , and
    stock reconciliation
    .
  • Implement and maintain
    NWay ERP
    workflows for procurement, stock updates, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with procurement, project, and finance teams to optimize material flow.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards in store operations.
  • Lead and mentor store personnel to ensure operational excellence.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on inventory status and material usage.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience:
    20–25 years in store management, preferably in the
    construction sector
    .
  • ERP Expertise:
    Mandatory proficiency in
    NWay ERP
    .
  • Project Exposure:
    Hands-on experience managing materials for
    large-scale infrastructure projects
    .
  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Supply Chain, Logistics, Civil Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Skills:
    Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
  • Availability:
    Immediate joiners will be given preference.
