Watch Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Repair & Maintenance: Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble movements; replace components (batteries, gaskets, crystals, straps).
• Diagnostics: Identify faults in mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements using specialized equipment (e.g., Witschi, Proof Master).
• Case & Bracelet Work: Perform polishing, case refinishing, and bracelet sizing/adjustment.
• Water Resistance: Test and ensure proper sealing.
• Quality Control: Regulate movements and test for accuracy.
• Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain repairs, and manage service records.
• Inventory: Maintain parts and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical/quartz repair, micromechanics, using hand/machine tools, calipers, and testing equipment.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional manual dexterity, meticulous attention to detail, patience, problem-solving, and good communication.
• Education: Often requires watchmaking courses or apprenticeships; a technical background in design/tech or physics can be helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹24,000.00 per month

• Himatnagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
