Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Land & Liaison located in Bhopal. The Land & Liaison role involves managing land acquisition, handling legal and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with government authorities and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include site visits, negotiation with landowners, documentation, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in land acquisition and management
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to land and construction
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders
- Experience in documentation and record-keeping
- Proficiency in local language and English
- Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Law, or related field is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
