We are Hiring Only Female Candidate in/around Erode.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from database lists (new leads, website inquiries, etc.).
  • Clearly and persuasively explain the benefits and features of our specialized CAD/CAE/BIM/EV Design courses.
  • Maintain regular Call Follow-up with prospective students to guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Track and manage the entire lead pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Manage Collection Follow-up by contacting current and former students regarding outstanding fee payments.
  • Proactively call and invite students, past enquirers, and professionals to various events, seminars, workshops, and open houses conducted by CADD Center and Big Learn CADD.
  • Confirm attendance and gather feedback post-event to enhance future outreach.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (or relevant local language).
  • Strong persuasive ability and a goal-oriented approach to meeting targets.
  • Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in the education or training sector, especially in technical/CAD fields, is a plus.
  • Only Female Candidates.
