Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Implement and configure Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), MuleSoft, or other middleware tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure best practices in Salesforce security, performance optimization, and data integrity.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools and version control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Triggers, and SOQL.
  • Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Automation Tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes and DevOps tools.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
