About The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled RPA UiPath Developer with 46 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying UiPath automation solutions. The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in RPA development, a solid background in .NET, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath workflows and components into production environments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform end-to-end development of RPA solutions, including exception handling and logging.
  • Migrate UiPath jobs to production environments, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and assist with UAT for automation processes.
  • Maintain, monitor, and enhance deployed bots for continuous performance improvement.
  • Document automation solutions, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
  • Ensure compliance with RPA best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
  • Stay updated with UiPath product features, RPA trends, and emerging automation technologies.

Required Skills

  • 46 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components.
  • Good understanding of RE Framework and other UiPath templates.
  • Proven experience in migrating bots to production and providing post-deployment support.
  • Couple of years of experience in .NET development (VB.Net/C#/ASP.Net).
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases, queries, and integration with UiPath workflows.
  • Experience with Excel automation, OCR tools, APIs, and web services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of process documentation and preparing technical specifications.
