Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our visual content and branding. You should be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to lead new design projects.
Responibilities
- Create, revise, edit, proofread, and optimize visual content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall visual experience of our platforms.
- Take ownership of various design tasks involved in the graphic design lifecycle from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of design concepts.
- Optimize designs for maximum visual impact and scalability.
- Conduct design performance tests and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends and technologies.
- Provide design support and training to other team members.
- Participate in design reviews to maintain design quality and share knowledge.
Qualifications
- Graphics and Logo Design skills
- Graphic Design and Branding skills
- Typography skills
- Experience in creating visually appealing designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva or Corel Draw.
- Proficiency in creating visual content for various media including web, print, and social media.
- Experience with branding and visual identity development.
- Good knowledge and experience in UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Experience with 3D Vectors is a plus
