Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our visual content and branding. You should be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to lead new design projects.

Responibilities

  • Create, revise, edit, proofread, and optimize visual content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall visual experience of our platforms.
  • Take ownership of various design tasks involved in the graphic design lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of design concepts.
  • Optimize designs for maximum visual impact and scalability.
  • Conduct design performance tests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Implement brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends and technologies.
  • Provide design support and training to other team members.
  • Participate in design reviews to maintain design quality and share knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Graphics and Logo Design skills
  • Graphic Design and Branding skills
  • Typography skills
  • Experience in creating visually appealing designs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva or Corel Draw.
  • Proficiency in creating visual content for various media including web, print, and social media.
  • Experience with branding and visual identity development.
  • Good knowledge and experience in UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Experience with 3D Vectors is a plus
