Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive professional who can independently manage clients, handle events end-to-end, and deliver outstanding results. The role demands strong client handling, operational excellence, and creative pitching abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts independently, from understanding briefs to delivering final executions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and trust-building.
  • Plan and execute events end-to-end, including ideation, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground management.
  • Prepare and present creative event proposals and pitches that align with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for design, production, and activation activities.
  • Handle event budgets, timelines, and documentation efficiently.
  • Prepare post-event reports and ensure timely project closure.
  • Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel and other tools.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, event execution, and activations.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing and event operations
  • Hands-on experience in activations, corporate events, and BTL marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel whenever required.
