Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Golden Homes projects.

* Generate leads and fix appointments for site visits.

* Maintain updated customer records and follow up on inquiries.

* Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

* Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

* Graduate / Diploma with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling (real estate preferred).

* Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.

* Persuasive, confident, and result-oriented.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
