Analyse the Job Description

- Identify what seems to matter most to the employer (for example: "drive HR strategy", "improve employee engagement", "reduce turnover").
Match your resume content to that JD
- In your

Format & ATS-friendliness
- Use simple formats, avoid heavy graphics, text boxes, headers/footers that ATS systems struggle with.
- Ensure section headings are clear ("Summary", "Professional Experience", "Education", etc.).
- Use standard fonts and make sure keywords are spelled as they appear in the JD (and common variants).
- File name: include your name + role (e.g., "").

- Ensure your bullet points are concise, start with action verbs, emphasize impact.
- Check for grammar, consistency (e.g., years/months format, spelling of company names, alignment).
