Job Description: Photocopier Machine Engineer

Position: Photocopier / Multifunction Printer (MFP) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Photocopier / MFP machine ki installation, service aur maintenance

Machine ki fault finding aur repairing (hardware & software issues).

Preventive maintenance (PM) schedule follow करना – drum, toner, roller, developer, fuser unit replace / repair करना।

Network setup – printer sharing, driver installation, scanning configuration करना।

Customer ko basic training aur demo देना machines ke use ke liye।

Service reports, job sheets aur parts ka proper record maintain करना।

Field service calls attend करना aur timely support provide करना।

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: ITI (Electronics/Electrical), Diploma in Electronics / Polytechnic.

1–3 years ka experience in photocopier / MFP machines preferred (Canon, Ricoh, Konica, Xerox etc.).

Fault finding aur repairing ka strong knowledge.

Networking basics ka knowledge (TCP/IP, drivers, scanning).

Independent work karne ki ability & customer handling skills.

Travel karne ki willingness.
