Social Media Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to take charge of our digital presence across platforms. You will plan, create, execute, and optimize social media strategies that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our community.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, proactive, and always ahead of the trend curve.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Ensure timely posting and optimization across all platforms.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content — posts, reels, videos, stories, and more.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver impactful creatives.

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build a strong online presence.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new formats (Reels, Stories, Lives, Polls, etc.) to boost reach and engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & upcoming platforms.
  • Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in real estate, fashion, lifestyle, or B2B brands is a plus.
