Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for shaping the visual identity and storytelling across three brands,
MilliMo

(kids' millet-based food brand),
Ethoski

(premium cosmetology lounge), and
Sonai Infrastructure

(infrastructure and development firm).

The ideal candidate understands how design adapts across industries, playful and engaging for kids, elegant and premium for a wellness brand, and professional and structured for an infrastructure company while maintaining consistency in quality, creativity, and brand tone.

  1. Brand Visual Identity

  2. Develop creative assets for all three brands under the Sonai group umbrella.

  3. Maintain brand-specific tones: fun and colorful for MilliMo, clean and aspirational for Ethoski, and formal and corporate for Sonai Infrastructure.

  4. Create style guides and ensure all visuals align with each brand's guidelines.

Campaign and Content Creation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns and product stories.

  • Design visuals for ads, influencer promotions, and seasonal launches.

  • Support photoshoots by providing layout direction, prop ideas, and visual styling.

  • Adapt visuals for digital platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, and website.

Cordination And Execution

  • Work closely with copywriters, marketing executives, and printers to ensure flawless execution.

  • Deliver design files in required formats for both digital and print use.

  • Manage a simple asset library for quick reference and reuse of design elements.

  • Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality creative output.

4.  Digital and Motion Graphics

  • Design social media creatives, promotional banners, and visual content for ad campaigns.

  • Develop
    short-form animations

for social media reels, website headers, and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with videographers and marketing teams to plan and execute
    animated explainers

5. Stop Motion Content

  • Conceptualize and execute
    stop motion videos

for product storytelling showing product textures, ingredients, or fun narratives.

  • Work with props, lighting, and frame composition to ensure smooth and visually appealing animation sequences.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle brands preferred).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar).

  • Strong sense of typography, color, and layout suited for kids' and family brands.

  • Ability to translate creative briefs into clean, high-impact visuals.

  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in packaging or product label design.

  • Understanding of brand storytelling and visual marketing.

  • Familiarity with photography direction or motion graphics is a plus.
