Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to oversee accounts coordination, ERP & Tally entries, store supervision, and process adherence within our manufacturing unit. The role requires close inter-department collaboration, ensuring compliance with internal controls and smooth operations across finance, stores, and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts & ERP Management

  • Manage daily accounting transactions in ERP/Tally.

  • Support reconciliation, vendor payments, and expense tracking.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.

  • Store & Inventory Supervision

  • Oversee material inward/outward processes and stock control.

  • Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory.

  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Process Audits & Compliance

  • Conduct routine process audits to ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Identify gaps and suggest process improvements.

  • Maintain records for statutory and internal audit purposes.

  • Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between accounts, production, procurement, and stores.

  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of operational bottlenecks.

  • Support management in MIS reporting and operational reviews.

  • Process Adherence & Efficiency

  • Monitor SOP adherence across finance and operations.

  • Assist in ERP/Tally upgrades, data validation, and training support for teams.
  • Ensure smooth workflow by standardizing documentation and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Proficiency in Computers , ERP systems & Tally ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, store operations, and inventory management.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry processes & audits.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and timelines.

Qualification

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (B.Com / BBA) or equivalent.
  • Additional certification in ERP / Tally preferred.
