Profile: Head Barista
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, creative, and passionate Head Barista to lead the beverage section of our café and deliver exceptional coffee experiences. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of coffee beans, brewing techniques, latte art, and modern café trends.
Role:
Master of the coffee menu and overall beverage quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and oversee all brewing methods (latte art, cold brew, frappes, etc.).
- Train and guide staff on coffee preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
- Manage sourcing and quality control of coffee beans.
Qualification:
Certified Barista with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Latte art expertise, speed, and consistency in beverage preparation.
Languages Required:
English and Hindi (both).
