Role Overview
The Program Strategy Manager (Technology) will help us create impactful courses in the Technology category. They will lead the lifecycle of our technology learning offerings—from identifying market opportunities and conceptualizing course ideas to managing development and driving growth.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of technology trends and digital transformation, who is a strategic thinker, a fast learner, and passionate about creating impactful educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Roadmap:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the technology learning suite.
Create and maintain a detailed roadmap that aligns with current tech trends and organizational goals.
Market & Customer Insights:
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs in the technology sector.
Translate insights into actionable course concepts and innovative learning solutions.
Course Creation & Lifecycle Management:
Collaborate with technology experts, instructional designers, and cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize course content.
Regularly review course performance using key metrics and feedback to ensure ongoing relevance and competitiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure effective course positioning and successful launches.
Develop strong relationships with industry stakeholders, external SMEs, and technology partners.
Performance & Growth:
Monitor product performance and implement data-driven strategies to scale course reach and market impact.
Ensure continuous improvement of existing courses to keep pace with rapidly evolving technology trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Domain Expertise:
- Strong understanding of technology trends, digital transformation, software development, or emerging tech domains.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset:
- Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into effective product strategies.
- Innovative problem-solver comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced market environment.
Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across various teams.
- Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and driving projects without formal authority.
Adaptability & Passion for Learning:
- A fast learner with a passion for technology and education.
- Experience in course development is beneficial but not mandatory—the key requirement is a passion for impactful learning.
