About Us Slay Pilates is India's leading premium boutique Pilates brand with luxury studios across Delhi NCR. We provide a personalized fitness experience through Pilates and functional training, tailored for premium clientele.

With our new studio opening in Gurgaon (DLF Phase 1),

we are looking for passionate Gym Trainers / Pilates Instructors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fitness and Pilates-inspired sessions (group & private).
  • Ensure clients maintain correct form, posture, and safe exercise techniques.
  • Motivate clients and deliver a premium training experience.
  • Support the front desk & management in converting trial clients into members.
  • Maintain studio discipline, hygiene, and equipment care.
  • Continuously upgrade skills in Pilates and functional training.
  • Training & Development Trainers will receive in-house training on Pilates, reformer machines, and premium equipment.
  • Exposure to international-level Pilates practices.
  • Skill-building on client management and premium service standards.
  • Requirements Prior experience in fitness training / personal training / gym training preferred.
  • Certification not mandatory – willingness to learn Pilates is key.
  • Good English communication is a must (spoken & written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with premium clientele.
  • Professional, energetic, and passionate about fitness.
  • Flexible to work 6 days a week, including weekends, with 1 rotational off.
  • Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience & skills).
