Job Summary :


We are seeking a Senior Developer with mandatory expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot to drive the full lifecycle implementation and governance of Copilot environments. This role requires a specialist who can automate the setup, configuration, and license management of Copilot environments, ensuring strict security and compliance standards are met. The developer will be responsible for continuous feature evaluation, telemetry setup via Viva Insights, process documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize Copilot adoption and value.

Job Description :


M365 Copilot Deployment and Automation

- Lead the technical setup and configuration of M365 Copilot environments across the organization, ensuring optimal security and performance baseline deployment.

- Develop and implement robust automation solutions (likely using PowerShell and Azure Logic Apps/Functions) for capturing business interest, managing the dynamic allocation of licenses, and continuous tracking of usage and compliance.

- Drive the enablement and configuration of the Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights for comprehensive reporting on user adoption, ROI, and usage metrics.

- Manage the ongoing automation of license allocation and monitoring, ensuring efficient license utilization and preventing security drift.

Security, Compliance, and Feature Evaluation :



- Lead security and compliance checks specific to Copilot and the underlying M365 data access, ensuring adherence to enterprise data governance policies.

- Produce rigorous documentation related to security checks, compliance audits, and engineering processes.

- Conduct continuous evaluation of new Copilot features, leading the technical enablement and testing of these features in pre-production and production environments.

- Collect, analyze, and synthesize user feedback regarding Copilot features and performance to inform continuous improvement cycles.

Process Improvement and Stakeholder Collaboration :


- Own the continuous improvement of product processes related to Copilot deployment, maintenance, and user support.

- Produce high-quality documentation of engineering processes, runbooks, and architectural decisions for transparency and operational handover.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Security, Infrastructure, End User Computing) to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the Copilot platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Core Technology : Mandatory and demonstrated expertise in M365 Copilot setup, configuration, and governance.

- Automation : Strong skills in automation and scripting, preferably using PowerShell for M365 administration and license management.

- M365 Ecosystem : Experience with Viva Insights (specifically Copilot Dashboard) and the M365 Security and Compliance center.

- Documentation/Security : Proven ability to conduct security checks and produce high-quality engineering and compliance documentation.

- Process : Experience with continuous feature evaluation, enabling new features, and continuous improvement cycles.
