Job Purpose

 To take care of Warehouse Management activity for TNCcircle

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. WH management (Material, Scrap, System, Assets)

2. Inventory Reconciliation

3. Ensure availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans prior to

programming/contingency commodities arrivals.

4. Timely renewal of 3PL and WH lease contracts

5.Handling transport and Courier management - Ensure Zero transit damage

6. Ensure proper packing, staking, tying material movement and correct NSS record

7.Timely delivery of materials (Capex/ SIM-Marketing tradable items & POP) to sites /

Distributor locations.

8. Cost optimisation in areas of WH&L.

9. Ensure 100% HSW compliance

10. Ensure Assest reconciliation

11. Process and audit adherence

12. Ensure safety of staff/labours (Men, women and PWD)

13.Manage the WH team, 3PL, contractors, women and PWD employee

14. Regular visit to WHs - interaction with VIL WH & 3PL team and create healthy

atmosphere in the WH

15. Knowledge management for self and team.

16. Drive and contribute in Special projects at WH & L - WH & Transport Cost Optimisation,

Value Engineering to make use of material at WH

17. Cross functional team interaction towards seamless services required in various projects

18. Focus on effective sharing of TBP and rollout other TBP approved by Corp. at your

circles

19. Value Engineering.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Familiar with warehouse experience preferably from Telecom Industry with 5 to 9 years of experience.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• B.com or MBA graduate.
