Key Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Design:
    Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for the company website, e-commerce platform, and mobile applications.
  • Graphic Design:
    Develop visually appealing assets such as brand identity elements, landing pages, brochures, posters, packaging, POS displays, and campaign visuals.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to align design output with business objectives and brand voice. Implement quick iterations based on feedback to deliver production-ready assets.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines, ensuring a unified and cohesive visual language across all digital and print platforms.
  • Deliverables:
    Provide editable source files in formats such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
  • Performance & Innovation:
    Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and usability practices; continuously recommend design improvements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    typography, color theory, composition, and layout design
    .
  • Ability to create
    clean, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces
    .
  • Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    1 year of professional experience
    in UI/UX and graphic design.
  • Strong
    portfolio
    showcasing web/app interfaces, brand identity work, and marketing collaterals.
