Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented engineering team member to coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, manage breakdown records, and ensure adherence to SOPs, critical for maintaining operational efficiency and equipment reliability. This role plays a pivotal part in inventory control, and CAPA closure, contributing to seamless production operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective resource utilization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Initiation of change controls, Incidents and closures of the same within the time lines.

Preparation and review of SOP's and OI's related to Engineering and water system.

Responsible to involve and co-ordinate internal and regulatory audits.

Responsible for engineering project's executions.

Protocol executions and review as applicable.

Coordination with external agency for timely execution projects activities.

Responsible to ensure Operation and Maintenance of Water system.

Responsible for attending review equipment breakdown activities'

Ensure and review of equipment PMP activities as per schedule.

Responsible to verify and review of log book's

Ensure to Maintain general equipment spares.

Ensure of upkeep of equipment service floor.

Preparation and review of vendor's technical agreement/quality agreement.

Adherence to safety, GMP compliance.

Responsible to review the layouts

Responsible to follow up shift personal and vendors for smooth operation and maintenance of water system.

Responsible to ensure Qualification activities related to Water system.

Preparation of daily and monthly reports.

Qualification of Central water system and Purified water generation & Distribution system.

Ensure the timely availability of water system consumables..

Qualifications

Educational qualification
: A Diploma or a B.Tech.

Minimum work experience
: 3 to 6 years

**Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills**

• Knowledge and experience in handling mechanical maintenance of OSD Water system, preventive maintenance, equipment breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance.

• Experience in troubleshot and breakdown management of water systems machines and equipment.

• Experience in managing preventive maintenance plans.

• Ability to manage maintenance budget of an area/unit.

• Knowledge of GMP and GEP.

Behavioural skills

• Communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross functional teams, external contractors and agencies.

• Attention to detail to ensure preventive maintenance, documentation, and inventory control.

• Commitment to quality and compliance.
