We are seeking a
Creative Designer
who blends a passion for
fashion graphic design
with the ability to craft
high-performing ad creatives
across platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, a portfolio showcasing their love for
illustrative design and typography
, and experience as an
Graphic Designer
or in a related field.

This role is a unique opportunity to design
clothing graphics
while also owning
Meta and multi-platform ad creatives (statics primarily)
— making sure our brand is bold, trend-aware, and conversion-driven.

Responsibilities

Apparel Graphic Design

  • Design compelling graphics for our clothing collection across different genres.
  • Stay current with fresh trends in graphic design, art, and fashion.
  • Contribute to innovative concepts for t-shirts, loungewear, and seasonal collections.
  • Collaborate with print/fabrication teams, ensuring designs translate well into production.

Ad Creatives & Performance Marketing

  • Conceptualize and design
    static and motion creatives
    for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Create
    static ads for other platforms
    (Google Display, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.) tailored to each channel's requirements.
  • Develop multiple variations of creatives for A/B testing, optimizing based on performance.
  • Ensure
    brand consistency
    while experimenting with bold new design directions.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Manage projects with speed and organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with marketing and brand teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Embrace feedback, contribute to brainstorms, and push fresh ideas forward.

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating
    illustration, apparel graphics, and typography
    .
  • Deep sense of
    layout, fashion trends, and graphic design for t-shirts/apparel
    .
  • Knowledge of
    print design, fabric techniques, and production constraints
    .
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects or similar).
  • Familiarity with
    digital ad creatives
    and what works in performance marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver quickly.
  • Great attitude — thrives in teamwork, adapts to feedback, and brings solutions.

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
