Role Purpose

To build Relationship with LG & ensure smooth function for continuous business.

Role Accountability

Key responsibility of Relationship manager is to manage a minimum of 10 LGs PAN India.

LG Partner Relationship & Business Management:

  1. Execute strategies with LG partners to grow new accounts
  2. Ensuring management of tele calling on the partners customer data with respect to call quality & adherence to sales etiquette
  3. Onboarding Of LGs and Periodic performance management of Existing LGs basis the pre-defined weightages
  4. Ownership of throughput rates and approval rates of LG business
  5. Work closely with LG partners on day-today basis & collaborate with sales team to increase their productivity.
  6. Periodic business review with the LG partner in order to increase SBIC market share within their over all business delivery

Governance, Risk Management & Compliance

  1. Ensuring all laid down governance controls, risk management and compliance parameters are adhered to by the LG partners
  2. Ensure premium penetration and proprietary sourcing as mandated by the Organization from time to time
  3. Ensure SLA adherence across relationships through closely monitoring billing, agreement renewals & campaign payouts.
  4. Ensure operational & audit scope checklist as mandated by the organization are adhered to.
  5. Ensuring adequate training on product & processes is provided to LG employees & checking on executive knowledge

Measures of Success

  1. Top of the funnel achievement of the LG partners
  2. New Account MoU achievement for the LG channel
  3. New accounts growth of LG partners
  4. Defect free SLA adherence across all LG relationships and adherence to compliance guidelines
  5. Adherence to Audit & Operational checklist/ Ensuring proper governance in place

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. 10-15 years of sales & relationship management
  2. MBA from recognized & reputed business school/institution
  3. Well versed with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Good Oral & Written communication skills
  4. Product and industry knowledge

Competencies critical to the role

  1. Experience of managing business to business relationships
  2. Strong orientation towards building and managing relationships
  3. Energizing, Positive , Self Starter & Proactive
  4. Effective communication and networking skills for stakeholder management

Qualification

MBA or Graduate from a reputed & recognized Institute/University

Preferred Industry

Credit Card, BFSI Industry / FCI
