  • Manage store operations, including floor management, inventory control, stock management, shrinkage control, loss prevention, target achievement, and team handling.
  • Oversee store supervision and ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in retail or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in previous roles; ability to work under pressure.
  • Candidate from supermarket background is preferred
