Maintenance Manager MEP and Facility

Experience:-

10 to 12 Yrs in Facility/ Maintenance for Residential Townships and Commercials resolving and Handling Customer care for construction and MEP related problems solving.

Qualification:-

Diploma / Degree Civil engineering /Mech / Electrical/ Facility Management preferred

Large scale Hotel / Resorts Facility Managers also preferred with construction complaint resolving back ground.

Soft Skills :-

ERP, AUTOCAD and ready to learn new applications and softwares.

Personality:-

Good listener, Calm, Patient, Critical problem solver, command on English, Hindi, Marathi languages.
