Key Responsibilities:

-Review and Analyze Medical Records: Ensure proper HCC coding, accurate risk adjustment, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

-Assign ICD-10-CM Codes: Abstract and code diagnoses using ICD-10-CM codes, ensuring coding accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Clarify diagnostic information and ensure accurate coding.

  • Conduct Audits: Regular audits to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.

  • Continuous Education: Participate in education and training programs to stay updated on coding guidelines and regulations.

Location : Chennai

Certification : Certification Mandatory

Experience: 0.6 months to 2 years

Shift : Day shift

Mode of Interview : Virtual
