Job Title : - Metallurgical Engineer

Department     : - Heat Treatment

Qualification required: - Diploma/B.E. in Metallurgy

Experience required: - Min 2 years

Budgeted CTC: - No bar

Job Description

  • He must have knowledge of raw material and their chemical composition, hardness, microstructure, physical properties.
  • He must have knowledge of Heat Treatment Furnace, process functions, and associated equipment.
  • He must have knowledge of Heat Treatment cycles such as Gas carburizing, through hardening and also blackening processes
  • He can work in teams to root out the causes of raw material & heat treatment process failures and develop new ways to improve product efficiency.
  • He must have knowledge of the quality requirement of heat treatment processes.
  • He should be familiar with microhardness tester, microscope for microstructure, and detection of cracks in the raw material.
  • He should have knowledge of ISO and EMS systems and documentation.

Location: Waluj  MIDC Area, Aurangabad.
