Role & responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mandarin Speaker - Operations & Business Development Coordinator to support the setup and growth of our India office. This role will involve coordinating operational activities, ensuring smooth office establishment, and assisting in expanding our business in the Indian market. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, resourceful, and able to take initiative in both administrative and market-facing tasks.

Mandarin Speaker - Operations & Business Development Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and expanding the companys operations in India, including liaising with vendors, service providers, and authorities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily office functions and coordination between departments.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination with the teams.
  • Handle documentation, reporting, and basic data management tasks.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to achieve department and business goals.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred; fresh graduates of any field of study are welcome..

  • Language skills:

  • Mandarin (required): Proficiency will be an advantage (additional allowance may be provided)

  • Hindi (required): Strong written and spoken skills.

  • English (preferred): Able to speak and communicate effectively.

  • Willing to travel occasionally; business trips and training sessions to Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) will be fully sponsored by the company.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, proactive mindset.
