Role : Analyst / Senior Analyst - Delivery Assurance
Experience Level : 2 to 4 years / 4 to 6 years
Location : Mumbai (preferred) / Bangalore
Work From Office : Hybrid

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with delivery teams to adopt organization defined best practices.
  • Good knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, AL/ML practices and consulting projects on the 'Data Analytics' type of projects.
  • Conduct application training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Build partnerships with various levels of stakeholders from delivery and organization enabler teams to drive various initiatives successfully.
  • Consult the projects on an end-to-end quality framework and track progress meticulously.
  • Alliance with the various center of excellence teams to embed recommended best practices.
  • Track and report data meticulously for progress monitoring and plan actions for progressive improvements.
  • Document clear definitions of requirements for application enhancement, report bugs and perform user acceptance testing for the Quality Management Portal.
  • You will need to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions.
  • You will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of exposure to software development lifecycle including Agile development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in consulting project team on quality assurance parameters.
  • Experience with writing QMS policies & procedures. Quality Management System (SEPG).
  • Experience in conducting internal audits on ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Good understanding of project management processes especially on estimation, risk and change management.
  • Driving Quality culture, Metrics and awareness within the organization.
  • Good understanding of types of testing and testing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of Information Security and Data Privacy.
  • Familiarity with Google workspace, Git, JIRA and any of the Cloud Platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with external audits like ISO, CMMI, ITIL, SOC.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting attitude.
  • Ability to work on multiple organizational initiatives towards improving the Quality adherence.
  • Working in a fast paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
