Retail Salesperson

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and explain products (silver jewellery, silver coins, gifting items)
• Handle sales inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls
• Generate orders and meet monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the backend team for packaging, billing & dispatch
• Maintain product knowledge and offer excellent customer service
• Follow up with customers to increase conversions
• Assist in maintaining product displays and stock organisation

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer handling
• Jewellery/silver/retail background preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of Instagram/WhatsApp selling
• Reliable, well-spoken, and target-oriented
