About the Role

Rankridge Educational Institutions (Schools & Junior Colleges) are looking for a skilled SEO Expert to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple campuses, websites, and platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO, along with an analytical mindset to drive organic traffic, leads, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP monitoring.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, images, schema markup, and internal linking.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, Indexing, Crawl errors, Page Speed).
  • Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager setup and reporting.
  • Build and execute backlink campaigns, local SEO, and citation submissions.
  • Optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) listings for multiple campuses.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to implement SEO-friendly content.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare detailed SEO reports, and present monthly growth updates.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and ranking factors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO (preferably in education, service, or digital marketing domains).
  • Strong knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
  • Experience with local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and content strategy.
  • Excellent understanding of search intent, user experience, and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and communication skills.
