About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise and industry contacts in the engineering polymer compounding space. The candidate should be well-connected with buyers of SAN, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc., and capable of driving business growth across target segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B customers for compounded engineering polymers (SAN, ABS, PC, Nylon).
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to generate leads and close high-value deals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and product presentations to pricing, negotiations, and closing.
  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
  • Regularly report on sales metrics, forecasts, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in polymer sales, preferably in engineering thermoplastics.
  • Strong network of industry contacts in the compounding space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on aggressive sales targets
