Job Description:

  • Microsoft office 365 Administration, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online or Microsoft Teams, our customers can rely on you to ensure the smooth operation of the MS365 Services.
  • You will work closely with our internal customers and your colleagues from the M365 team and our service managers to make suggestions for improvements to further strengthen our IT infrastructure.
  • While you implement new Microsoft 365 solutions in our IT environment, you can always rely on an intensive exchange of experience with your expert teammates.
  • In addition, you will process tickets in 2nd level support in the area of Microsoft 365 to ensure secure IT operations for our customers and prioritization of customer requests and escalation to 3rd level support if necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with managing the Microsoft Office 365 platform.
  • Plan and implement solutions on Office 365 platform.
  • Familiarity with topics like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure SAML, Enterprise Applications, and concepts like migrating E-Mail or SharePoint services from other sources to Office 365.
  • Requirement engineering with internal stakeholders and development of solutions to meet their needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT security and governance.
  • Design and implement modern solutions for Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
  • Manage and implement Azure Cloud services for Office 365 related topics.
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 environments.
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution of Office 365 related issues.
  • Maintaining documentation for Office 365 topics.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365, Exchange Online, and Teams.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure.
  • Practiced in daily use of PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 governance and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM and Enterprise processes.
  • Familiarity with IT governance and IT Security Management.
  • Analytical approach to challenges.
  • Certifications in Office 365 is a plus.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Knowledge of German is a plus.
