We are currently seeking a ETL HVR Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with HVR
• Design and manage real-time data replication pipelines using HVR
• Integrate diverse sources (ERP, Salesforce, databases) into cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure).
• Monitor replication jobs and resolve latency or performance issues.
• Hands on in Connector monitoring, sync failure resolution, data consistency validation, Data consistency monitoring, quality validation procedures and exception handling
• Experience in Channel health monitoring, replication lag resolution, connectivity management, Performance analysis, resource scaling and throughput optimization
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and timely.
• Document workflows and contribute to best practices for replication and data movement.
• Strong skills in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning abilities.
• Work in an onsite-offshore model involving daily interactions with Onsite teams to ensure on-time quality deliverables
• Candidate should have good communication and facilitation skills
• Manage and review Support documentations like Runbook, Configuration Management, Application Information up to date in CMDB
• Flexible to work in Shifts involving week end support
