Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Incharge located in Jalandhar. The Branch Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. This role includes monitoring performance, implementing policies, and aligning branch activities with overall company objectives. Additional responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

• Experience in sales performance monitoring and inventory management
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and policy implementation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Relevant experience in branch management or a supervisory role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
