Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our automation team as a PLC & SCADA Trainee. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to industrial automation systems, including PLC programming, SCADA configuration, and control panel interfacing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in programming, testing, and commissioning of PLC systems.
• Support SCADA system configuration and development for monitoring and control.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation systems under supervision.
• Assist in preparation of technical documentation and reports.
• Work closely with senior engineers to understand automation processes.
• Learn and follow safety protocols in industrial environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
• Basic understanding of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SCADA systems (WinCC, Wonderware, or similar).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or academic projects in PLC/SCADA or industrial automation.
• Understanding of industrial networks (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Familiarity with HMI development and control panel wiring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
