Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Travel Consultant - Domestic and International. The role is based in Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations for both domestic and international clients. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with customers to understand their travel needs, providing personalized travel solutions, and ensuring a smooth booking process from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of global travel destinations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
