Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain products and services clearly and confidently
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback with patience and professionalism
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM software with accurate data
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
  • Work closely with the sales and support team to improve customer experience

Who Can Apply:

  • Freshers or experienced candidates in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales
  • Comfortable with phone conversations and basic computer usage
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ready to work in a team and learn continuously
